[Eril-l] Renaming of PsycINFO on EBSCOhost platform

The one thing we're *not* doing is changing the name entirely on our A-Z
database list. No one would be able to find these.

Instead I've added the new names in the Alternative Name(s) field -- we use
LibGuides.
