Thanks all - one EBSCO rep told me my account didn't exist, but somehow they got my account corrected and all my calls are stull in the system... I just had to call the 800 number.

Hi Cindy,
I had this same issue last month, my coworkers with EBSCO Connect accounts didn't. I contacted our reps and they helped me reset it, though it took a frustrating number of tries.

My password was not recognized, so I try to change it, and I get a message "The system is unable to reset your password"
