If your institution offers Text and Data Mining (TDM) services, what processes or procedures are in place to direct your researchers to these services?

We are interested in proactively addressing researchers' TDM needs, rather than discovering them after researchers have unsuccessfully tried to conduct TDM on resources not licensed for TDM.

How have you:

*         Discovered the resources faculty need to use for TDM research?
*    Conducted outreach and support concerning TDM research?
