[Eril-l] WAM and Wiley Digital Archives

Greetings all!

Our campus uses Innovative's WAM for our proxy and, at present, is unable
to access Wiley Digital Archives when going through a proxied URL. Using
VPN works perfectly fine, and by all accounts our WAM table is set up
properly. The issue appears to be that Wiley's servers are not receiving
our IP Address for authentication when our users try to access through a
proxied URL. I'm currently talking with the vendors on both side of this,
but I wanted to check in and see if anyone else was having trouble or had
faced this in the past.
