I use Hoopla through my public library. To use it I created an account from a Library link using my card number and pin to get to the account creation screen. There is no mentioned limitation listed for the number of characters. There are introductory videos at https://www.indiantrailslibrary.org/books-media/e-books-digital-downloads/

Are you familiar with Hoopla<https://www.hoopladigital.com/>? It's more commonly used for public libraries but I know they work with academics also. It's a different model but they're willing to work on licensing issues related to colleges.
I went pretty far down this path and then decided against it because we only had a real need for a few of their films. I may look into it again, though.
Here's some of the limitations that one school lists.
NOTE: You must use your email and password to authenticate into Hoopla (if your password is longer than 20 characters, you will need to change your password to fewer than 20 characters). You MUST use your campus email to create a separate Hoopla account. You can check out up to 7 titles per month.
NOTE: This collection is limited to classroom use and personal use. This collection cannot be used for campus screenings (not for public events).

Tim,
Many 20th Century Fox films for single-event screenings (not PPR in perpetuity) are brokered through Criterion Pictures (not to be confused with the other Criterion). I don't know if they have specifically what you're looking for, but their catalog is fairly extensive:

Subject: [Eril-l] Educational Streaming Licenses for Feature Films
Greetings All!
For those who work with educational streaming video licenses, has anyone had luck with a particular vendor or platform with regards to feature films, especially those that are part of Disney's wide reach? This past year I've found it especially challenging to find 20th Century Fox films through our normal channels (namely Swank Digital Campus, but I've also checked on Alexander Street, Kanopy, and Films Media Group for the sake of thoroughness, even though the chances are slim).
Many thanks for any suggestions or assistance anyone might be able to provide!
- Tim
