[Eril-l] Educational Streaming Licenses for Feature Films

Are you familiar with Hoopla <https://www.hoopladigital.com/>? It's more
commonly used for public libraries but I know they work with academics
also. It's a different model but they're willing to work on licensing
issues related to colleges.

I went pretty far down this path and then decided against it because we
only had a real need for a few of their films. I may look into it again,
though.

Here's some of the limitations that one school lists.

NOTE: You must use your email and password to authenticate into Hoopla (if
your password is longer than 20 characters, you will need to change your
password to fewer than 20 characters). You MUST use your campus email to
create a separate Hoopla account. You can check out up to 7 titles per
month.
NOTE: This collection is limited to classroom use and personal use. This
collection cannot be used for campus screenings (not for public events).
