We currently have four streaming titles licensed from Tugg. I haven’t heard any feedback so far about problems getting access. I do have to request each time that the title be added to our site (iowa.tugg.com).

We are trying to license one title, but the license negotiation has been a months-long process and is not complete yet. We purchased the DVD for fall semester use, but hope to finalize the license so we can access streaming videos from Tugg in the future.

We licensed one film with them. I feel it took the normal amount of time to set up and communication was fine. We could not get the film to play on two older model ipads, but were able to get their film to play on other mobile devices, and they couldn’t tell us what was causing it. That’s my only concern.

If so, what has your experience with the service been? Easy to set up? Tugg staff easy to work with?
