Hi, everyone!

I'm looking to revise the standard language we use when notifying patrons in response to an publisher's excessive use / IP block. The template we currently use was developed a while ago and doesn't really leave room for conversation that is often necessary to understand the use in the context of an individual's research.

If you have examples of communication you use, would you please share? You can reply here, but since lists don't allow attachments you can add document versions to this Google Drive folder<https://drive.google.com/open?id=1_kRsCsB_a9eA_1qw3C0FgBvwpfOQiOisLsw34xR7C_M>. KU's template has been loaded in there and you're welcome to also provide direct feedback to that document.

Many thanks!
Angie

'That green leaf on the tree which you needlessly plucked - it was not wrong, only rather a pity for the little leaf.'
