Unfortunately, the partners list archive is only available to those with
accounts on the Wiki site. As a new customer of EDS, you should be able to
get an account to login to the Wiki.
I highly recommend the eds_partners listserv as The Place to ask the EBSCO
half of your question about widgets. EBSCO runs the EDS_Partners listserv.
There is also a Slack workspace for EDS customers that is run by other
customers, not EBSCO.
It's a smaller audience for such questions but does include some of the
most active/savvy EDS librarians.
I'm not entirely sure how to get accepted into it, but here it is:

Finally, EBSCO actually sells, at a modest extra fee, a Cloud service that
entitles you to more support from their engineers for making custom widgets
for EDS.
https://cloud.ebsco.com/
It might be worth your while to subscribe to it for at least the first year
as you get fully configured/customized.
