[Eril-l] Ingenta ez proxy help

Hi,

We have the latest ingenta stanza in our config file per OCLC's database,
but everytime our users try to connect through the proxy they end up on a
page with nothing but wingdings. I tried the suggestion OCLC has on what to
do in this case, but it didn't help. Does anyone have any ideas?

I've contacted Ingenta but have no idea how long it will take to hear back
and thought maybe someone else had come across this and found a solution.
