[Eril-l] Nexis Uni down?

I had to change our ezproxy config file. The config file from OCLC show on the top level that the update was from
* Nexis Uni<https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/Database_stanzas/Nexis_Uni> (2017-12-07)
However the actual file was Last updated Jan 30, 2018
Looks like this fixed our problem.

I am seeing the same problem here with off campus access. None of the buttons work. Also, when I try to limit by Journals and Magazines.
Example Search: North Dakota
Narrow by – Publication Type – More – Magazines & Journals
I get - No documents found in .
On campus the same search has 10,000 plus results.

What is odd is that off campus can do the search and see the full text without problem, but when click on the icons for Print, Download, and the next page from result list, they don't work. At first, I thought the computer and browser versions may cause the problem, but I just tried with my smart phone, and found that it works with campus wifi, but got the same problem with wireless connection and via ezproxy. I think the problem is related with ezproxy, but why off campus users still can search and see the full text?

Shanyun - you may want to check to see if your authentication is up-to-date. We needed to work with their tech services yesterday to get our off-campus (ezproxy) access working again.

We can access it, but cannot download or print article. It works on campus, but not off campus. Anyone has the same problem?

For my Mountain and West time library folks, are you getting this error message when you try to click on an article in NexisUni? You can get in and search, but can’t actually read any articles – it sits a while and then produces this error. I’m currently on hold with the phone number provided.
