[Eril-l] Wiley slowness/timeouts

Hello,

We have received reports of slow connections to Wiley including some
timeouts. I have been able to confirm this with some links resolving in a
few seconds, others in a half minute or some and some leading to a
Cloudflare page indicating a host (onlinelibrary.wiley.com) error.

Has anyone else been having problems connecting to Wiley today?
