Are there any administrative options for tokens? Can you mediate their use in any way - restrict them to faculty/grad students, etc.?

About 6 years ago we canceled the "buffet" and went with the Academic Core with 250 tokens due to cost increases our budget couldn't support. We usually blow through our 250 tokens about April. I would LOVE it if we had an administrative way to restrict the tokens to the current content and deal with requests for archival content through PPV or ILL.

Hi All,



Has any one who works at an institution of higher education in the U.S. with an accredited Chemistry program canceled their ACS subscriptions and just gone to a token model for access?



Curious to know if this has worked for anyone?



If not, has anyone regardless of Chemistry program accreditation, used the just the token program with ACS titles & if so, how do you think it works for you?
