ACRL/NY 2018 Annual Symposium: Libraries in Direct Action

In 2018, the core values of librarianship, including social responsibility,
education, democracy, and intellectual freedom, have faced one challenge
after another. How have academic and research libraries taken action to
confront these challenges? What are we doing to uphold these core values?

Produced annually by the Greater New York Metropolitan Chapter of the
Association of College and Research Libraries, this year’s event

December 7th* at Baruch College’s Vertical Campus in Manhattan. Breakfast
and lunch are included.
