[Eril-l] Timing of Discovery versus LMS

Good morning,

We are investigating adding a Discovery Service (such as EDS, Primo or Summon) and an LMS  (perhaps ALMA), but recently learned we can only implement one of these services for now.

We believe it would be easier (less staff time/people) involved to implement a Discovery Service, and then as resources allowed, add on ALMA, or some other LMS.

Are there any reasons why you might want to implement one of these before the other?

I would appreciate any thoughts or experiences you might have had.
