[Eril-l] Kanopy Streaming Videos - PDA program

Our spending has gone up as more people find out about Kanopy and more
faculty are using films in their courses. We have a ceiling on expenditures
so we get notified if the fund is getting low. We then have the option to
replenish the fund or not. This helps us keep a handle on spending.
