[Eril-l] Ebsco openURL not working?

Yes, EBSCO OpenURL is not working with our Primo discovery.

We currently aren't able to access any Ebsco databases through our openURL resolver - I've tried WorldCat Discovery and Sociological Abstracts.

We're getting this message:
A System Problem has Occurred.

 Are other institutions experiencing this?
