I now recall that this appeared onscreen when I tried it then-

-and seeing this message reminded me to look again. I have not yet had any chance to contact the vendor (and probably will not have a chance to do so, today).

Good Morning,

We have been experiencing issues with our access to Standard & Poor's Net Advantage - we continue to receive the 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable error message when attempting to access the main website and the site for usage stats.  This has been an ongoing issue for at least a week, potentially longer.  We have contacted the company without receiving any valuable information or a response after the initial contact made earlier this morning, even though we were assured that they would follow-up later this morning.

We wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue, since it appears to be related to their server and not stemming from anything on our end.
