[Eril-l] EbscoHost Database Glitches

Hi,

Over the past few weeks, our reference librarians and some users are having
glitches on Ebscohost databases.  Below is a screenshot of the error
message, “Application Level Exception.”  It happens sporadically, so I am
unable to duplicate the issue.  Is anyone else having similar issues?
