[Eril-l] Loss of Perpetual Access access to previously subscribed Wiley titles ... since ? platform change

Hello,

I am wondering whether anyone else is experiencing the following ....

We have a lot of Wiley titles that we previously subscribed to ... after a
major e-journal review we cancelled quite a few Wiley titles at the end of
2016 .... in 2017 I established our PA coverage and set our link resolver
(SFX) coverage accordingly ....

Now, since roughly when Wiley migrated platforms (towards the end of March
2018), I have been getting reports from users of no access for various
Wiley titles ... access we should have based on our PA rights to paid
content ... and then I also spot checked other non-renewed titles with PA
rights' access .... and find that they too no longer show that we have the
access we should have.

I cannot be sure it has anything to do with the platform switch, but if not
it does seem like an odd coincidence.

Naturally I have contacted Wiley .... but so far I have gotten no where ....

Now I am wondering whether it is just us, or ....
