Hi all,
Open Helix is a product that was licensed as part of our research computing cluster of products. It's still up and running (But for how long? Is it being maintained?). Our bioinformatics librarian has been recommending Open Helix to users who seem to like it, but we have no idea of usage, since we couldn't seem to reach anyone about usage statistics (or anything else for that matter).

OpenHelix provides on-line and onsite training on bioinformatics and genomics resources...
Recently, on some lists, inquiries like this have been popping up:
* We've been trying to renew access to OpenHelix for about 3 weeks. Has anyone had trouble contacting OpenHelix?
* We've also been having issues getting in touch with OpenHelix. Has anyone had any luck since last summer?
Does anyone in ERIL land have any insights as to the status of this product/company that I can pass along to my colleagues? It's a bit unusual for a company that seems to have a niche following to just disappear off the grid, to not respond to e-mails, etc.
Thanks!
