[Eril-l] Fwd: The IP Registry is now live!

That's what stopped me from signing up. The click-through agreement says
you have to be an authorized signatory for your university, and I am not.

I am not going to use up our legal office's time (which already takes ~3
mos per license) for this.

I wish they could remove that, because it sounds like a good service.
