Hi Kristine,

We've had Kanopy demand-driven access since 2016.  We've had no problems with off campus access via EZProxy.   Their customer service is extremely responsive.  We initially had some concerns back in 2016, and they were quickly and satisfactorily addressed by the company.

Has anyone ever set up a trial with Kanopy for on and off-campus access using EZProxy?  Did you have any problems with off-campus access?

Also, if you subscribe to Kanopy, have you had any problems with off-campus access?  Do you feel that their Customer Service is responsive?
