How do technical services in libraries convert traditional strengths into
transformational growth? The Conference Program Committee invites
innovative submissions in all areas of technical services librarianship
including acquisitions, cataloging and metadata, serials, electronic
resources, curation, preservation in academic, public, and special
libraries. Applicants are encouraged to think broadly about what
constitutes technical services and where traditional strengths of libraries
may be adapted and utilized to confront contemporary challenges.

Participants are invited to submit proposals that report on recent
research, address emerging trends, or showcase new tools, services and
projects.

Time slots for all sessions are 50 minutes in length, including time for
questions. Submissions for shorter presentations and round tables will be
considered, as well.
