[Eril-l] Nexis Uni - problems with timing out

Over the past 2 weeks, we've had numerous reports of users being timed out
of Nexis Uni in the middle of a session.  Students report loosing access
mid-session and being asked to Sign In which does not work. They seem to be
using different browsers and connecting from on and off campus.  LexisNexis
support did not have any suggestions or ideas as to what may be causing
this.

Has anyone else had reports of timing out mid-session with Nexis Uni?
