They did announce this, via email:

“The Journal Blacklist launches on June 15 - Know the threats”

The Blacklist is now available for purchase as an add-on product to our current customers.

The Blacklist will be added to the package of all existing Whitelist subscribers at no additional cost for the remainder of their subscription length. Please do not hesitate to contact sales at cabells.com<mailto:sales at cabells.com> for any pricing questions.

It appears they have bundled all the directories into this new database.
I was able to run and advanced search, and get results.

Cabell's has redesigned their website & we no longer seem to have access to any of our Cabell Directory of Publishing Opportunities titles. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone there yet. Does anyone know if the URL has changed for these products?
