Thank you for speaking with me on the phone.  Apologies again for the inconvenience.  As discussed, Amazon Web Services is currently experiencing problems on their end.  Since we use their services, search.proquest.com is currently no accessible.  I will let you know about any updates I receive.

We, at Carleton, are getting the following message when trying to access our Proquest Databases:
search.proquest.com<http://search.proquest.com> is currently experiencing connectivity issues due to an Amazon Web Services outage<https://status.aws.amazon.com/>. ProQuest is in direct communication with Amazon in hopes to resolve this as soon as possible. There is no current ETA.
