[Eril-l] non-secure URLs in library catalog

Anne,

A lot of vendors are set up to automatically redirect to https: in the
beginning.

I asked the same question about the http: links in our Ebook Central MARC
records....   Proquest wasn't able to give me a date for when they'd be
updating the links in their MARC records to https:
