[Eril-l] citation manager for braille access on a Mac

I've had a question from a faculty member who uses a Mac with braille. She's trying to organize her research, but said she has heard that citation managers like RefWorks usually don't work with her kind of setup. Has anyone found something that does work OK for braille readers, or have any experience with a question like this?
