Like Melissa I’m not sure what your needs are, but I just recently learned about SignUpGenius, of which I am currently using the free version to schedule some special projects. Perhaps you will find it helpful.

We just use Google Calendar. We have about 15 students at our service desk (formerly Circulation + IT desks, now combined).

What problems are you facing that suggest the need for specialty scheduling software?

Hi All,

Does anyone have software to help us schedule our student worker shifts? Looking for ideas that are easy with a good price.

Thanks,
