Our March usage looks fine. However, we have a single date in April that’s significantly different than our typical usage.

Our March stats were right in line with every other month. I wish we saw a spike in use - although 500% is odd!

If you subscribe to CultureGrams, can you please take a quick look at your March 2016 statistics and let me know if you see a VERY big spike in use? By VERY, I mean more than 500% increase.
I’ve contacted ProQuest support and they had not received any calls on it, but I want to be certain this was an isolated case.
