[Eril-l] Nursing Reference Center Plus videos

Hello,

We are experiencing intermittent issues with the skills videos in NRC Plus database.  The videos play without issue some days and other days they don't play at all.  I call them consistently inconsistent.  In fairness to EBSCO--Many times the fault is on our firewall and browser settings are to blame.  I'm curious if others have had similar experiences?
