<p class="MsoNormal">We are experiencing intermittent issues with the skills videos in NRC Plus database. The videos play without issue some days and other days they don’t play at all. I call them consistently inconsistent. <b><u>In fairness to EBSCO--Many
times the fault is on our firewall and browser settings are to blame</u></b>. I’m curious if others have had similar experiences?<o:p></o:p></p>
