[Eril-l] COUNTER4 report harvesting?

Unfortunately, I don't, but I, too, am frustrated at the lack of a tool
that harvests more than JR1.  We are using Ex Libris' UStat, and while it
accepts both JR1 and DB1 when loaded manually, the SUSHI harvester only
does JR1.  Incredibly frustrating.

If this is indeed a shortcoming of the SUSHI standard, I hope it's being
addressed in the next update.
