[Eril-l] COUNTER4 report harvesting?

Hello, all.
I would like to find a service or tool that will harvest for us all
available COUNTER4 reports from all of our compliant vendors. But so far
I've the tools/services I know of, including Proquest's and EBSCO's as well
as a couple of open source options, only get a few of the reports, most
notably JR1 but missing the very important JR2 and JR5.
This might actually be a problem with the SUSHI standard being out of date
- I'm a bit fuzzy on that.

Does anyone have a SUSHI or other solution for harvesting ALL of the
COUNTER4 reports from your vendors aside from doing it manually?
