[Eril-l] Serials Solutions 360 Link vs WMS Discovery

We used the OCLC journal list and openURL linker for some years. We now
use Serials Solutions 360Link for both journal list and openURL linking.
It's been a couple of years since we changed over, so perhaps the OCLC data
accuracy has improved, but the OCLC title lists for journal packages were
often inaccurate and outdated. The Serials Solutions product had more
accurate data and it seems to be kept current in a more consistent way.
