[Eril-l] Procedures (and/or documentation) for matching e-journal entitlements lists against knowledge base coverage lists?

Hi Julie and all -

Just to set the record straight, OCLC and I had lots of confusion about
what we each were talking about. Publishers are not pulling this content
from ECO (and the content is hosted by OCLC so it should be stable) and the
content is available (I just couldn't find it - epic user fail!).
