We have seen a lot of usage in all of our schools—School of Medicine, School of Nursing and School of Health Professions.  Our reference librarians did a lot of promotion for it with tables in the lobby of the library and at the hospital (we’re an academic health sciences library), notices in the campus-wide announcements, on the website, during orientations, in instruction sessions, and the Director mentioned it at a Dean’s Council meeting.  I find their reports to be very useful, with table of contents views, session length, number of sessions  and full text downloads.  The table of contents views are always 2 or 3 times the number of downloads.  I’d be interested to know how many people scan the TOC and end up downloading the actual articles from their desktops.  We also signed up for BrowZine web so we’ll see how/whether that affects usage now that classes are back in session.

We are one of the earliest customers. Very little use that we know of (they haven't figured out usage data and COUNTER doesn't make much sense for this product), but they just released the new web interface and within the next month or two are going to add the "My bookshelf" to that interface, and so we expect a big increase after that and are making more of an effort to publicize it than before.

With those features it suddenly becomes useful to everyone, not just iOS and Android users.

Ask again in December and you'll probably get very different answers.
