We are one of the earliest customers. Very little use that we know of (they
haven't figured out usage data and COUNTER doesn't make much sense for this
product), but they just released the new web interface and within the next
month or two are going to add the "My bookshelf" to that interface, and so
we expect a big increase after that and are making more of an effort to
publicize it than before.

With those features it suddenly becomes useful to everyone, not just iOS
and Android users.

Ask again in December and you'll probably get very different answers.
