[Eril-l] Text and Data mining information for users

Hi folks,

Has anyone out there compiled a list of publishers and vendors that grant Text/Data mining rights?  If so, are you pushing any of the information about what is available, how it works (i.e. Elsevier's API), additional costs, or other details out to users?
