[Eril-l] JSTOR 'you are not logged in' 10/19

Hi Erin,

We just had the same issue, but I was able to access content after clearing the browser history in IE (haven’t tried this for Firefox, yet).

We are once again seeing the JSTOR 'You are not logged in' message instead of Temple University authentication.  I've emailed their support, and the phone line was busy.  No mention of an outage on their support page<http://about.jstor.org/jstor-help-support/jstor-updates>.
Is anyone else seeing the same thing?
