[Eril-l] JSTOR 'you are not logged in' 10/19

We are once again seeing the JSTOR 'You are not logged in' message instead
of Temple University authentication.  I've emailed their support, and the
phone line was busy.  No mention of an outage on their support page
<http://about.jstor.org/jstor-help-support/jstor-updates>.
Is anyone else seeing the same thing?
