Accurate problem.. the special resources that are being provided to the community needs to be clearly identified as sponsored and paid for etc. I think it helps with the notion that "not all is free," and here's what we pay for for *you* (users).

Some sites can allow a footer on content, and that can provide another avenue for "sponsor branding." In one instance, I used something like this text to help with sending that message: "This paid electronic resource is provided to [insert community name here] by [insert institution or library name here]."
