[Eril-l] ALMA (or any other system) for managing workflows

Is anyone out there successfully using an existing next gen LMS (not an ERM add-on) to successfully manage eResource lifecycle workflows? I don't mean providing a container for putting stuff, or even limited options for manually adding 'tickler' messages to follow up on a license or something. I mean workflow hand-offs from one staff member to another across the entire range of resource processes, from trial to acquisition to management and troubleshooting to renewal/cancelation?
