[Eril-l] Proactive Chat?

Is your library using proactive chat?

Specifically, I am curious to know how long a user is on a page before
being invited to chat with a librarian.

If you have seen any literature on the topic or attended presentations, I
would love to hear about it. Thus far I've dug up the John Carroll article
(3 minutes), a mention of East Texas Baptist University (60 seconds), and a
brief Duke PowerPoint Presentation (15 seconds).
