Good afternoon,
I am looking for statewide consortia or university system level libraries
that would be willing to share their current set up for collecting and
collating usage reports for electronic resources, ideally organizations
that also have integrated discovery system(s).
A few questions I have include:
1. Do you use any automation methods (software or service) to assist with
collection and collating? If so, which?
2. What data points do you collect from vendors? Data points like sessions,
searches, full-text views etc.
3. Can you provide any screen shots of any reports provided to member
libraries?
4. Can you provide an overall description of your overall set up and
process?
We are currently reviewing our usage reports provided to both statewide and
sub consortia libraries where multiple and different discovery systems
exist. We have traditionally reported sessions, searches, full-text views
etc, however with changes and adoptions of discovery systems, the types of
reports generated needs change to more accurately gauge individual database
usage. Before making any large scale changes to the current set up, would
like to discuss, see and share what other libraries are doing. Below are
two examples of reports provided:

Feel free to contact me offline via email.
Thank you!
