The 30th Annual NASIG Conference will be held in Washington
DC May 27 to May 30. Along with our usual amazing
programing, there are some fascinating post-conference
workshops that will make you want to extend your stay.

Lisa Macklin is presenting a workshop on copyright law
designed for librarians who encounter copyright questions
regularly. The session will focus on course reserves and
digitization and the intersection of copyright and
contracts.

Caire Dygert is leading a complementary workshop on
E-Resource Licensing. Dygert’s workshop extends over two
days, Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning, the first
session focusing on Best Practices and Sunday morning’s
session on negotiating.

Jennifer Leffler is presenting an overview of COUNTER
statistics aimed at those new to user statistics.
Leffler’s workshop will prove endlessly useful for those
who use statistics to purchase or retain content, or for
anyone new to the COUNTER scene.

It’s not too late to register, but early bird registration
ends on April 29. We promise you’ll have a fun and
informative time. Register at:
