I feel that Wiley customer support doesn't have a unified response to this issue right now. I got a different response from them compared to others. I had reported the issue last week and got the following response today which puts the solution back on OCLC
EZProxy. I've now contacted OCLC with the pasted Wiley response just in case that helps. </div>
