I wanted to share a quick update on the 2026 Subscribe to Open position for the EDP Sciences/SMAI mathematics journals.</div>

The picture is currently a mixed one. Two journals, <i>Mathematical Modelling of Natural Phenomena</i> and
<i>ESAIM: Probability and Statistics</i>, have secured enough support to remain fully open access in 2026 under Subscribe to Open.</div>
