I can't provide any technical advice, but we also use Open Athens and are experiencing the same issue off campus.  It will probably help EBSCO to know that this is a system wide issue affecting multiple institutions, then they can escalate it accordingly.<span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;font-size:10pt"><u><br>

<div>After a long day of communicating with Kanopy support and not getting any results, I'm coming to you all to see if you've experienced this issue. </div>

<div>Today, a user reported that they were unable to log in to Kanopy off campus. I was able to re-create the issue. We use OpenAthens to authenticate for off-campus use and I was able to get all the way through that authentication process. But then, I got
 stuck on a Kanopy "Window is closing..." screen. It never goes away and if I close it, I just get back to the original log in screen. Here's a screenshot of where we get stuck: </div>

<div>Everything is set up properly in OpenAthens and, according to Kanopy, on their end. Kanopy support is insisting there is some SAML header that needs to be removed, but that's out of my league as far as technical skills are concerned. Has anyone encountered
 this issue before? I've reached out to EBSCO/OpenAthens support and thought I would check in here while I'm waiting to hear back. </div>
